Happy Can Bottle Depot works with non-profit groups to raise money for their organization through bottle drives and our newly created ongoing online bottle drive option. We are located at 12-700 33 St NE, but offer a free truck drop-off and pick-up so you can maximize your time.
Raise Money With Bottle Drives in Calgary
Bottle drives are an easy, fun and environmentally-friendly way to help raise money for your local community group or charity!
At Happy Can Bottle Depot, we offer free truck drop-off and pick-up for any fundraising group doing a bottle drive in their community.
In the past, we have helped co-ordinate successful bottle drives many organizations including:
- Girl Guides and Boy Scouts of Canada
- Minor Hockey Association of Calgary
- And many more
Online Bottle Drives
Typically bottle drives are done by a group of volunteers walking around door-to-door in your local community asking for individual donations, or hosting an event and encouraging community members to stop by to bring their containers to donate. With new restrictions related to Covid-19, we have adapted this service to include an online bottle drive option that allows community members to book a time to have their bottles picked up.
How Does it Work?
You can register your local community group with us at Happy Can Bottle Depot, allowing you to continuously raise funds through an online bottle drive. Any patron can use the residential pick-up contact form to divert their refund to the organization of their choice. All they need to do is provide the name of the team or organization that they wish to support. Only groups registered with Happy Can Bottle Depot will be available to donate to and any not-for-profit group may contact us directly to set-up an account.
